Trouble Logging In?

If you are having trouble logging-in check the following.

  1. Double check you "USERNAME" and "password" to ensure you are using an active account.
  2. The login is CASE sensitive so make sure you enter your USERNAME in "UPPERCASE"and password in "lowercase" when prompted.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to ensure you are following the appropriate steps to login. If you are following the steps below and you are unable to login, please call our support team at 1-800-3AP-STOX.

Step 1:

Enter your username (use UPPERCASE) in the login field and click the Log In button or press "Enter" on your keyboard

Step 2:

Enter your username (use UPPERCASE) in the User Name field when prompted, enter your password (use lowercase), Select Save your password option, and click the OK button.

 

NOTE: Some browsers may prompt users to repeat Step 2: depending on the security settings of that browser.

 

Step 3:

View your files.
